Hefei Win Power Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 by Zhang Weimin, a Strategic Emerging Technology Leader of Anhui Province and Senior Engineer. With a registered capital of 20 million RMB, the company is rooted in the small wind power industry. It operates as a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and service of wind power generation equipment, while also providing small wind power system solutions. The company serves as a council member of the 8th Wind Machinery Branch Council of the China Association of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers.
During its R&D and product industrialization processes, Win-Power has acquired multiple domestic authorized patents and pioneering technologies. The company possesses 48 core independent intellectual properties, including 19 authorized invention patents. In recent years, it has chaired or participated in the formulation of over ten international, national, and industry standards. Notably, Win-Power acted as the primary drafting unit for two National Standards, establishing itself as a key formulator and participant in small wind power industry standards.
