Recently, the Energy Industry Standard Working Group Meeting for Grid connected Small Wind Turbine Generator Sets was held in Hohhot. The meeting was hosted by the Win Power Machinery Equipment Technical Committee of the Energy Industry Wind Power Standardization Technical Committee and organized by Hefei Win Power Supply Co., Ltd. Expert representatives from the Wind Machinery Branch of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, the Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Mechanical Industry Wind Machinery Products, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, Hohhot Boyang Renewable Energy Co., Ltd., Qingdao Anhua Xinyuan Wind Energy Co., Ltd., and New High Energy Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Ren Jun, Secretary General of the Wind Power Machinery Equipment Technical Committee of the Wind Power Standardization Technical Committee of the Energy Industry.
Firstly, Secretary General Ren introduced the attending experts to everyone and pointed out that Inner Mongolia is the birthplace of the development and application of small-scale wind power generation, with production volume, inventory, production capacity, and number of production enterprises ranking among the top in the country. While we focus on high-end equipment for large-scale wind power, we also continue to support the development of the small wind turbine industry, vigorously promote the development of decentralized wind power, and expand the application scenarios of decentralized wind power development. Experts attending the meeting also expressed that there is currently a lack of relevant standards for wind solar complementary and grid connected small-scale wind turbines in the industry, and it is urgent to formulate relevant standards to supplement the standard system and contribute to the healthy development of the small-scale wind power industry
Subsequently, experts from the leading unit of the standard introduced the preparation status of this standard and conducted a detailed review of the draft standard. After careful research and discussion, the attending experts proposed modification suggestions for the expression methods of important indicators such as term definitions, test methods, and inspection rules in the standard. The working group will supplement and improve the content of the draft based on the opinions and suggestions of the experts. At the same time, under the suggestion of the Secretary General, everyone has claimed some chapter contents, and after the meeting, they will review and improve them as soon as possible to form a draft for submission to the Secretariat of the Energy Subcommittee for review.
