On September 8, 2024, the Wind Power Machinery Equipment Subcommittee of the Wind Power Standardization Technical Committee of the Energy Industry (referred to as the "Wind Power Machinery Equipment Subcommittee") organized experts to hold a kickoff meeting for two energy industry standards drafted and formulated by Hefei Win Power Supply Co., Ltd., namely "Wind Solar Complementary Off grid Control Inverter Integrated Machine" and "General Technical Conditions for Grid connected Small Wind Turbine Units". The meeting was chaired by Ren Jun, Secretary General of the Wind Power Machinery Equipment Subcommittee, and experts from Hohhot Branch of China Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, Mechanical Industry Wind Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center, and Jiangsu Shenghuang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.

       At the meeting, Ren Jun, Secretary General of the Wind Power Machinery Equipment Subcommittee, welcomed the attending experts and briefly explained the proposal and task allocation time for the two standards; Zhang Weimin, the General Manager of Hefei Win Power Supply Co., Ltd., the drafting unit, had a brief experience exchange with the attending experts before the report, explaining the important role of the formulation of two industry standards in the development of the industry, market, and society. Subsequently, a detailed introduction was given on the development of the standard draft, and the attending experts sorted out the entire standard draft based on the rationality of its structure, completeness of its content, and applicability.

The "Wind Solar Complementary Off grid Control Inverter Integrated Machine" specifies the definition, technical requirements, testing methods, and inspection rules of the wind solar complementary off grid control inverter integrated machine. The expert group focused on discussing the definition of off grid wind solar complementary control inverter integrated machine, the model of control inverter integrated machine, and the integration of control part, inverter output part, and whole machine part within the technical requirements; In the description of the aircraft models, two schematic diagrams of the aircraft models need to be added for easy differentiation and identification; In Chapter 5 Technical Requirements, the overall logical architecture basically conforms to expert opinions, and it is necessary to adjust and integrate the granularity of some technical parameters to highlight the core technical parameter content.

     

The General Technical Conditions for Grid connected Small Wind Turbine Units stipulate the requirements for grid connected small wind turbine units from the perspectives of environmental conditions, power characteristics, durability, noise, wind turbine safety protection, power quality, power control, electrical safety and protection, communication and information. The expert group focuses on the scope of application of the draft and the technical conditions covered by the standard, and proposes to adjust the structure of the technical requirements section of the draft, integrate relevant content, and sort out the content of the draft standard based on the accuracy of technical parameter expression and the rigor of content expression.

At present, there are no current national or industry standards for the "Wind Solar Complementary Off grid Control Inverter Integrated Machine" and "General Technical Conditions for Grid connected Small Wind Turbine Generators". The formulation of these standards is not only to improve and supplement the system, but also to optimize and enhance industry norms; Especially for the "General Technical Conditions for Grid connected Small Wind Turbine Generators", it provides scientific technical guidance and basis for the approval process and standards of grid connected systems, local governments, and industry regulatory departments.
